Besides, if I did, I’d have her father’s wrath to deal with, and, well, you know how he gets when he’s angry, what with the whole eye thing and… That entire first chapter/episode was still a paradox, though, so you still read stuff that never happened. Turns out I was mistaken, the universe didn’t explode, after all, that was just the noise from my brother’s video game that he was playing at the time.
